- Use this game to learn and improve how you read a standard English ruler (also called as an inch ruler, customary ruler, imperial ruler). This game can be played using a mouse or a touch-screen. Use the Smartboard to model how to properly use a ruler. Practice measuring in both inches and centimeters to whole numbers, halves, tenths, quarters, eighths and sixteenths.
Directions: Select to measure in centimeters or inches and to which increments. Use the ruler to measure the length of the black line that will appear above it. Fill the BoxIn this fun activity, you are the boss. Have great fun playing around with the box net, you can select the width, depth and height of the box, then use the small, medium and large bricks to fill the box up. Click on the sides of the box to make them flap up and see if the cubes you've used fill the entire capacity of the box. You can make the box as big or small as you like.
